Who Can Report Unlawful Conduct?
This service is available to:
- All permanent and temporary employees of Stallion Group companies
- Stallion’s agents and subcontractors, including clients and suppliers
- Members of the general public who wish to report misconduct related to the Stallion Group
- Staff of Stallion’s clients reporting abuse by Stallion members

How to Report Unlawful Conduct
To speak with an operator, call our toll-free number at 0800 162 888, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 17:00. An after-hours answering service is available where you can leave a detailed message. All messages will be kept confidential, and your telephone number and any personal information will not be disclosed.
Where Do These Reports Go? Who Can Access Them?
Incidents reported through this service are sent directly to our forensic services management team, who are the only ones with access to these reports.
How Is My Identity Protected?
When you call the anonymous hotline, you are not required to provide your name or any personal details. If you do choose to provide personal details, they will not be disclosed without your permission.
Does the Stallion Group Pay Rewards for Tips?
Yes, at the discretion of the Group MD, financial rewards may be given for valuable information received.
What About Hoax, Slanderous, and Malicious Reports?
Unfortunately, such reports do occur. Meaningful investigations require substantive information. Reports with unsubstantiated allegations and a lack of evidence will not be pursued.
Can I Follow Up on an Investigation?
You will receive a unique reference number and password to follow up on the investigation. Note that no feedback will be provided if it potentially violates any individual’s right to privacy.
