✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience within the security industry
• Minimum 5 years’ senior operational management experience
• Experience managing technical, control room operations, operational response and escalation environments
• Experience leading operational teams and supervisory structures and engaging with senior clients and operational stakeholders
• Experience managing operational budgets, overtime and operational cost control
• Experience in incident management, operational risk and escalation processes
• Experience in compliance, audits, PSIRA requirements and operational governance
• Experience working within high-pressure operational environments requiring after-hours availability
• Strong operational and commercial management capability
• Grade 12. Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field would be advantageous
• Valid PSIRA registration, preferably Grade A. Computer literacy essential
• Microsoft Office proficiency essential (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Technical systems exposure would be advantageous. OHS, First Aid or Risk Management certification would be advantageous
