✅ Minimum Requirements:

– Computer literacy on all MS Office Packages

✅ Key Performance Areas:
Responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent:
– Manage and maintain efficient day-to-day and long-term running of technical-related services, processes, and procedures. Ensure that all technical services are effectively, and efficiently delivered through controlling the turnaround times.
– Installations: the scheduling of installations for orders by generating and placing purchase orders with suppliers, receiving ordered equipment and dispatching installation teams within the allocated time
– Handling all overdue or late installations by liaising with the client and sales consultant to resolve any installation issues
– POs and invoicing: processing delivered purchase orders by matching invoices and forwarding the documentation to the next department.
– Recording of relevant information: The accurate recording of information as per installation documentation from installation technicians
– Booking and scheduling of service and maintenance calls: daily booking of general services calls. The scheduling of these calls to get the technical staff attending to the issues within client SLA terms
– Processing of job cards: The effective processing of all completed job cards from receipts to handing them over to accounts
– Complaints: dealing with all technical-related complaints daily to resolve these complaints as soon as possible
– Technical quotations: These quotations must be generated on the same day as the feedback from the job cards. Leads must be logged the same day when upgrades are needed on the systems.
