Stallion Reaction provides specialised Guarding services to the community market, which includes Complexes, Estates, Churches, Residential homes and Schools. We have become extremely efficient in this specialised market segment where the client expectations and service provision criteria are very different to that of industrial guarding. There are many factors, which make this a specialised service, and becoming entrenched in understanding the market has held us in good stead to provide an unsurpassed security service.

We want to be able to make a difference to the protection of any community, whether they are in a complex, estate or a boomed area. We look at all aspects of a premises independently and offer a no-obligation assessment together with our pricing, methodology and recommendations.

We have based our best practise on that of the Group policies and as such, the content of the profile under Guarding Services applies to the Domestic Guarding Division in its entirety. Our main focus is protection and goes hand-in-hand with our Brand Promise of “Creating Confidence”.

Clients have the benefit of an independent and dedicated SAIDSA approved Command Centre where we offer a unique operating mode whereby simultaneous SMS alarm signals are received by the client at the same time as the signal is received by the Command Centre.

Reaction officers and drivers have the required accreditation and must successfully complete advanced safety & emergency driver programs is a pre-requisite. Involvement in community- and policing forums enables us to identify crime trends, resulting in implementation of new crime prevention strategies.

Stallion Reaction service approximately 7500 clients across the greater part of Johannesburg and Springs. We have a total of 29 areas of operation and cover approximately 188 suburbs with 40 vehicles in our fleet and 100 Reaction Officers. We cover the entire area of Soweto and Lenasia and we are the Chubb provider of choice in these areas and service 1500 of their clients.

Residential- & Estate Living

We are determined to make a difference in this sector and have set the benchmark with our approach, ensuring that from the outset, completing an assessment to find the determining factors of why the client should change to Stallion has become paramount. We aim to bring tangible and cost effective solutions to the table in order to take over a site, by giving a solution that will enhance security.

Electronic Security is starting to play a bigger role in secure living and we always look at how we can integrate electronic security systems into complexes and estates.

Paramount to the success of any contract is keeping the client well informed and we strive to be a proactive service provider who regularly undertake security and risk assessments with ongoing recommendations. What is certainly working for Stallion is our constant re-evaluation of our current systems and a progressive approach to continual improvement. We are ISO 9001:2008 accredited and continually look towards improvement. Our clients get to rate our service every month independently from which we are able to determine our service levels. We insist on monthly documented meetings as a minimum which allows us to table any service related problems from the viewpoint of resident representation and can then deal with them quickly and efficiently.

Part of great service delivery is managing each contract as specialized. Our management team is trained specifically to meet with the demands of Complex/Estate security and that the portfolio ratio is not too big for them to manage effectively.

Each operational team comprises an Area Manager and 3 Field Managers who in turn report to an Operations Manager. As is always the case with Stallion Security – management and supervision is of extreme importance and contributes massively to quality service delivery.

Our standards are never compromised and we are willing to enter into a SLA agreement and undertake to honour these agreements. We have an open book policy with all our Clients and transparency is a key factor in sustaining a healthy and production relationship.
