FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - NAMIBIA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•General financial management
•Preparation and management of budgets and expenditure
•Preparation of monthly salary input for Head Office Payroll Department
•Petty cash management and daily banking
•Cashbook and general ledger input and associated reconciliations
•Creditors and debtors management and associated reconciliations
•Generate Invoices and collect outstanding Debtors
•Insure clients receive their invoices on time
•Related administration duties and support
•Ad hoc duties as required

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
•Grade 12
•A financial qualification (Diploma / Certificate)
•Computer literate(Word, advanced Excel and Outlook)
•A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience

WAGES RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR - JOHANNESBURG
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accessing and attracting external applicants for employment
• Ensure that effective recruitment and selection processes are adhered to at all times in order to effectively recruit wages staff during the weekly recruitment process
• Ensures that an up-to-date Recruitment data base is in place and maintained

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

POLYGRAPH EXAMINER - JOHANNESBURG
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To conduct polygraph examinations
 Pre-employment examinations
 Periodical examinations
 Specific examinations
•To write comprehensive reports on the completed tests
•To maintain a data base of the completed tests
•To complete weekly invoices
•To maintain company statistics on the completed polygraph examinations
•To conduct the required functionality testing
•To submit completed examinations for quality control

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
•Grade 12
•PSIRA registration would be advantageous
•1 to 2 years’ polygraph experience
•APA (American Polygraph Association)
•Attendance of advance
•American Polygraph Association (APA) membership and or South African Professional Polygraph Association (SAPPA) membership
•No Criminal record



OPERATIONS CONTROLLER - JOHANNESBURG
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To effectively process all incoming/outgoing telephone and radio calls
•To handle all the administrations in relation to control of the company firearms

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
•Grade 12
•PSIRA Grade-C registered
•Computer literate
•2-3 years’ experience within the security Industry (Command Centre)
•Firearm training in handgun, shotgun and rifle
•Firearm competency certificate for handgun, shotgun and rifle



REACTION OFFICERS - JOHANNESBURG (X6)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responds to all dispatched emergencies by the Control Centre
•Protects clients and their properties
•Apprehend perpetrators and hand them over to SAPS
•Patrol the allocated area and ensure high visibility
•Report vehicle status
•Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the vehicle

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
•PSIRA Grade-C registered
•Must be firearm competent
•Must be firearm trained up to business purpose level
•Good communication skills
•Armed Response experience
•Valid drivers’ license for at least 2 years



ELECTRONICS /IT TECHNICIAN - WITBANK
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Administration, monitoring and recording of daily tasks as set out by company procedures
•Repairing of systems through superior fault finding techniques as per policies and procedures

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
•PSIRA Grade—C registered
•5 Years’ experience in a similar role
•Experience working on CCTV cameras, access control, and IP systems
•Technical Diploma/Degree
•Valid drivers’ license



GENERAL MANAGER- HUMAN RESOURCES (JOHANNESBURG)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•HR functions: Recruitment and Selection, Succession Planning, Performance Management (Balance Scorecard), Policies and Procedures, Training and Development, Psychometrics and Wellness
•Be a representative at MANCO
•Responsible for key HR Metrics and the corresponding HR and OD initiatives
•Responsible for the execution of HR Strategic projects
•Implementation of HR-related systems and processes
•Management of Change Process
•Managing of all staff through effective coaching, mentoring and performance management

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:
•BCom (Hons) (required) MCom (recommended)
•Psychometrist registration with HPCSA (required); Industrial Psychologist registered with the HPCSA (recommended)

Work Experience:
• 10+ years HR related experience including
• 2-3 years HR GM experience
• 1-2 years Project Management experience

Other Experience:
