BOOKKEEEPER - JOHANNESBURG
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Effective control cash book
•Complete E-filing for VAT and reconcile to general ledger
•Process recurring journals which is depreciation, bonus (supervisor, wages & salaries)
•Process all wages and salaries Journals on to pastel
•Prepare 3rd party excel schedule, payment and reconcile to general ledger.
•Produce the management pack.
•Report on variances to be investigated and corrected/report back
•Process and record new and disposed assets on excel worksheet
•Ensuring balancing to pastel general ledger
•Calculating the monthly depreciation.
•Compared to insurance schedule
•Create new accounts when required
•Roll over for new accounts year
•Prepare for changes from the budget to set up management pack
•To assist with financial audit by answering the auditors queries
•Prepare schedule as required
•Staff loans for wages, salaries and uniforms to reconcile
•Adjustments to be taken to expenses on a monthly basis
•Salary control account reconciled to payments outstanding
•All remaining balance sheet accounts on pastel from 500 to 999 to be reconciled monthly
•Assist in preparing of budgets

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Grade 12
•3 - 4 Years’ bookkeeping experience
•Bookkeeping certificate
•Advance excel experience
•Pastel partner experience
•Experience in fixed asset register

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER—LESOTHO
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop, maintain and record policies and procedures according to ISO standards
•Safeguard all products using necessary aids supplied

•2 - 3 Years’ experience as an Assistant Manager
•Ability to make decisions
•Able to work unsupervised and have the ability to make decisions
•Must be able to identify risks and shortcomings within the security system
•Responsible for the initial implementation and subsequent management of the operations plan
•Responsible for the management and maintenance of client satisfaction
