on the Stallion Holdings Board as well as holding other Executive

Development Director, but he also has the responsibility to manage
thousands of employees and shareholders through: • Fast-tracking high performing
individuals into senior positions;
• Considering disabled people for positions where they can excel;
and
• Identifying appropriate candidates to ensure employees comprise
a balanced population mix.
Stallion
supports the BEE process
- A policy of procurement
from BEE companies with a minimum of 25.1 % empowerment is firmly
in place.
- Suppliers are required
to declare their empowerment status and if necessary their plans
to become BEE compliant.
To this end, the number
of BEE compliant suppliers since Tembile began driving this process
has increased dramatically.In short, Stallion lives
